Couture
gown,
featuring
a
full,
pleated
skirt.
She
paired
the
dress
with
Tiffany
jewels:
platinum
and
diamond
earrings,
a
diamond
necklace
and
a
classic
Tiffany
Victoria
bracelet.
But
the
pièce
de
résistance
was
her
black
Philip
Treacy
headpiece,
complete
with
intricate
lace
designs
and
two
points
at
the
top,
along
with
a
beaded
black
bow.

on

red
carpet
was
fiancé Michael
Polansky,
whom
Gaga confirmed
