violence.

removed
and
then
re-added
his
wife
Nikki
Garcia‘s
name
to
his
Instagram
bio
in
recent
days,
according
to
multiple
reports.
As
of
Sept.
7,
it
reads, “Father
to
Matteo,
DWTS
Pro
Dancer,
Emmy
Nominated
Choreographer,
DWTS
Mirror
Ball
Winner,
SCD
Mirror
Ball
Winner
@nikkigarcia,”
along
with
emojis
of
a
bride
and
a
red
heart
emoji.
The
changes
were
made
about
a
week
after
Chigvintsev
was
arrested
Aug.
29
in
Napa,
Calif.
on
a
California
Penal
Code
273.5(a)
charge
relating
to
injuring
a
spouse
or
cohabitant,
according
to
booking
records
viewed
by
E!
News.
He
has
since
been
released
from
police
custody
on
a
$25,000
bond.
Before
he
was
detained,
the
pro
dancer
had
called
911
for
medical
assistance
and
told
the
dispatcher
that
Garcia
had
thrown
shoes
at
him
after
they
got
into
an
argument,
according
to
a
radio
dispatch
call
obtained
by
TMZ.
The
dispatcher
also
confirmed
that
there
was “a
child
on
scene.”
