Ansel
Elgort
is
back
in
the
public
eye.
The
Fault
in
Our
Stars
actor—who’s
spent
time
away
from
the
spotlight
in
recent
years—stepped
out
for
the
March
31
opening
night
of
David
Mamet‘s
Glengarry
Glen
Ross
at
The
Palace
Theatre on
Broadway.
For
the
occasion
in
New
York
City,
Ansel
donned
a
dark
teal
colored
suit,
his
hair
in
long
waves
by
his
shoulders.
He
carried
a
camera
as
he
walked
the
red
carpet,
holding
it
up
towards
photographers.
The
31-year-old
also
posed
for
a
picture
with
fellow
attendee
Darren
Criss
as
they
prepared
to
watch
the
new
Broadway
play,
which
stars
Kieran
Culkin,
Bob
Odenkirk
and
Bill
Burr.
Ansel’s
opening
night
appearance
marks
another
in
a
series
of
low-key
appearances
the
actor
has
made
after
largely
taking
a
step
back
from
the
spotlight.
In
fact,
most
of
his
appearances
have
been
pegged
to
his
role
in
Max’s
Tokyo
Vice,
a
series
based
on
a
true
story
which
has
run
since
2022.
The
show—in
which
Ansel
portrays
American
journalist
Jake
Adelstein—has
marked
the
actor’s
only
major
project
since
starring
in
the
2021
remake
of
West
Side
Story.
