Morgan
Simianer
will
always
be
rooting
for
her
Cheer
family.
But
since
the
Netflix
docuseries—which
followed
the
Navarro
Cheer
Team—concluded
in
2022,
the
27-year-old
admitted
it’s
been
gotten
more
difficult
to
stay
in
touch
with
her
former
teammates.
“It’s
hard
sometimes,
because
we
filmed
Cheer
so
long
ago,”
she
told
E!
News
in
an
exclusive
interview.
“You
know,
lives
change.
Some
of
us
have
gone
[down]
different
paths
and
that’s
okay.”
Still,
the
athlete
noted
that
she
and
her
fellow
squad
members
are
“all
still
connected.”
“We
might
not
talk
as
much
as
we
used
to,”
she
continued,
“but
I
feel
like
I
still
stay
in
touch
with
a
decent
amount
of
people.”
In
fact,
Morgan
found
herself
reunited
with
her
former
teammate
Gabi
Butler
in
the
streaming
service’s
new
competition
series
Battle
Camp,
which
pits
reality
stars
from
shows
like
Love
Is
Blind,
The
Circle
and
Perfect
Match
against
each
other
as
they
vie
for
a
$250,000
prize.
“I
was
really
excited,”
she
said
of
reconnecting
with
Gabi.
“I’m
glad
that
we
were
able
to
share
the
same
experience
since
we
went
through
Cheer
together
and
also
got
this
opportunity
to
do
Battle
Camp.
I
just
think
it
was
insane
we
were
on
at
the
same
time,
but
it
was
still
a
phenomenal
opportunity
for
both
of
us.”
