has
been
known
to
go
well
into
the
early
morning
hours
as
a
place
for
newly-minted
winners
to
celebrate
their
victories
once
the
curtain
closes
on
the
award
show.
In
fact,

Jared
Leto
accidentally
damaged
his
Best
Supporting
Actor
trophy
in
2014
when
he
brought
it
to
the
extravaganza.

“My
Oscar
is
a
filthy
mess,”
the

Dallas
Buyers
Club
star
later
told
the
Associated
Press. “Everybody
was
pawing
that
thing.”

He
added, “A
couple
of
times,
I
lost
sight
of
it
and
I
thought, ‘You
know,
if
it
goes
away,
it’s
not
meant
to
be
mine.
But
it
always
seemed
to
find
its
way
back
to
me.'”
