pet
parents
are
taking
their
divorce
to
a
whole
new
level.
Hallmark
movie
stars Shantel
VanSanten and Victor
Webster recently finalized
their
April
2023
divorce,
and
their
settlement
includes
something
not
often
seen:
late
fees
for
pet
custody.
According
to
the
court
documents
obtained
by Us
Weekly,
Victor
will
have
custody
of their
dog
Nova,
but the One
Tree
Hill alum will
have
visitation
rights.
And
if
Shantel
has
Nova
for
an
extended
period
of
time,
she
is
required
to
send
her
ex
updates
about
the
pup’s
location.
Additionally,
if
she
takes
Nova
for
longer
than
three
weeks, she
must
pay Victor
$10,000 for
every day
that the
dog is
not
returned.
The
documents
also
noted
that
the
couple’s
cats,
Finnegan
and
Phillippa,
are
in
the
custody
of
Victor’s
brother Vince Webster.
As
for
their
finances,
neither
will
receive
spousal
support but Shantel will
pay $25,000
to
equalize
the
split
of
their
Los
Angeles
home.
