The United Kingdom’s opposition Labour party has called for the country to vote “no” to the UK’s controversial Brexit deal – while the pro-EU Liberal Democrats are accusing the government of breaching the terms of a 2015 agreement.

A day after the prime minister’s spokesman said the government should honour the agreement, Labour called on the Prime Minister to honour his promise to make Brexit the central priority.

“The Prime Minister must now act to protect the rights of British citizens to vote, to stand and to campaign for a fair and independent Brexit,” said Ed Miliband.

On Tuesday, the foreign affairs spokesman, Hilary Benn, added his voice to calls for the prime minister to support the deal.

“There is nothing about the government’s agreement which is bad and anything about the British voters deciding for themselves how they want to leave the EU, so the government must honour that, but there has to be a process. And that means an approach based on practical, sensible and practical proposals for negotiations,” he said.

‘A serious risk’

The government said on Thursday that it was committed to the terms of the agreement and that it would not be prepared to walk away. But it added that there was “nothing in this agreement about 우리카지노a no vote on 19 December.”

The prime minister, who has refused to commit to a “yes” vote as part of a “hard Brexit” deal, said that Brexit would take its own course with no deal any time soon and no deal would be “no deal worse than a bad deal”.

The UK has said that Britain would still leave the single market if it were to stay in the European Economic Area (EEA), a pact with seven member states which means the EU is effectively a bloc.

The Conservative Party has also called on the government to support the Brexit deal despite the possibility of it being breached.

Party leader, Nick Clegg, said the government had not yet come up with any alternative strategy for 바카라사이트how to proceed wit바카라사이트h the negotiations, adding: “This is a serious risk to the relationship and the future of the single market.”
