Hollywood
to
the
Wallis
Annenberg
Center
for
the
Performing
Arts
in
Beverly
Hills,

got
a
haircut
courtesy

Upon
her
arrival
to
the
star-studded
bash
with
boyfriend

Maxx
Morando,
the
32-year-old
debuted
blunt
micro
bangs
that
were
snipped
one
inch
above
her
brows
and
styled
into
wedges
using
Nexxus
products.  

She
also
changed
her
dress,
swapping
the
her
black
Alexander
McQueen
halter
neck
gown
for
a
strapless
Maison
Margiela
number
of
the
same
color.

This
year’s
Oscars
was
not
Miley’s
first
time
at

ceremony—or
presenting.
