Awards.
Though
the
98-year-old
was
previously
announced
as
a
presenter
for
the
event
hosted
by
Eugene
Levy
and
Dan
Levy,
the
Mary
Poppins
star
was
notably
absent
from
the
award
ceremony
held
at
the
Peacock
Theater
in
downtown
Los
Angeles.

set
to
join
a
lineup
of
nominees,
including
Selena
Gomez,
Maya
Rudolph,
Jean
Smart,
Lily
Gladstone
and
Kristen
Wiig,
who
all
took
to
the
stage
to
hand
out
a

golden
statues.
The
Chitty
Chitty
Bang
Bang
star
is
a
four-time
winner
of
Primetime
Emmys,
three
of
which
were
for
his
hit
show
The
Dick
Van
Dyke
Show,
which
ran
from
1961
to
1966.
He
is
also
a
two-time
winner
of
Daytime
Emmys,
most
recently
winning
in
June
for
his
guest
appearance
in
Days
of
Our
Lives
and
earning
the
title
as
the
oldest
person
to
ever
win
a
Daytime
Emmy.
