There’s a wedding in the air.
Young Thug and Mariah the Scientist are engaged after the “Go Crazy” rapper popped the question onstage in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia during his Hometown Hero benefit concert Dec. 16.
In videos shared across social media, Thug (real name Jeffery Lamar Williams II) took the stage as the words “Will You Marry Me?” flashed on the screen behind him while he got down on one knee. The “Burning Blue” singer then became emotional while he put the massive bling on her finger and the crowd cheered them on.
Securing their future, Thug asked, “What you say?” to which Mariah responded, “I guess I’m getting married.”
In another clip, Mariah flashed her ring for the camera, showing off the massive diamond that sat atop of multiple bands surrounded by smaller diamonds. The “Walked In” collaborators’ engagement comes four years after they began their relationship in 2021.
