Abstract
The objective of this study would be to gain understanding of the workplace policies, methods, services supplied, and interactions between clients and workers in pay day loan and name loan companies in Northeast Alabama. Initially, we pursued interviewing workers of pay day loan and name loan companies by calling their where you work and requesting workers who does be prepared to take part in interviews.
