The talented Gwyneth Paltrow.
The Marty Supreme actress surprised fans at Holly Williams’ Grand Ole Opry 100-year celebration concert on Nov. 10, joining the singer and her husband Chris Coleman onstage to perform.
“Can y’all believe your luck?” Holly asked the crowd as Gwyneth settled at an adjacent microphone, per video shared to social media by People. “Y’all are used to those Nashville guests, but not those Oscar-winning Hollywood guests.”
The trio—Holly, Chris and Gwyneth—then sang Holly’s 2013 songs “Drinkin’” and “Waiting on June,” the latter of which the country music star explained is about her maternal grandparents, who were farmers in Louisiana.
After the Shakespeare in Love actress’ performance, Holly joked to the crowd, “Can you believe it? Isn’t it annoying when they can just do everything and they just walk out looking all like that, right? Looking real good.”
The granddaughter of Hank Williams also explained she’s known Gwyneth for years, initially falling in love with the Shakespeare in Love singer’s “secret voice.”
